Prior to joining Permira, Ole worked for Searchlight Capital Partners, where he was part of the European buyout team for three years, working across business services, industrial services and financial services investments. Prior to that he spent two years with J.P. Morgan’s invest banking division focusing on the Energy space.

Qualifications
Ole holds a degree in General Management from EBS University for Business and Law, Germany, and a Master's in Master in Management from IE University Madrid, Spain.
