Jessica joined Permira Credit in April 2024 as part of the Direct Lending team and focuses on the legal aspects of new transactions and restructurings within the direct lending and PSO portfolios.
Prior to joining Permira, Jessica spent six and a half years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, having qualified as a finance lawyer. Prior to that Jessica spent two years at payment service provider, Monitise plc.

Qualifications
Jessica has a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge, England.
