Belén joined Permira in June 2024 and is a member of the Human Resources Team.
Prior to joining Permira, Belén worked at KPMG as People & Change consultant, focusing on change management, reward, HR transformation and organisational transformation projects. Before that, she spent three years with Sonum International as an EMP consultant developing and implementing Anaplan models.

Qualifications
Belén holds a degree in Economics and Finance and Master’s in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.
